Idle compact
Compacts a large idle conversation just before the prompt cache expires, so picking it back up reprocesses a summary instead of the whole context.
Install
OMD+: installed and on by default. Manage it from /mods.
OMD Core: install it, then turn it on:
$ omd install omd_idle_compact$ omd mods enable omd_idle_compactWhat it does
- Only acts on conversations over 100,000 tokens by default.
- Leaves a turn running a long tool alone.
- The transcript says when it compacted and names anything it cancelled.

You approve these when you trust the mod, and again whenever its source changes.
